These Terms govern access to and use of this website and related online properties operated by K.E.T. Networks LLC. They are intended for organizations evaluating or purchasing managed security and related IT services.

1. Agreement

If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may refuse or discontinue access for violations of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.

2. Relationship to professional services

This website describes K.E.T. Networks LLC's capabilities in areas such as security operations, monitoring, incident response support, and advisory services. No content on this site constitutes an offer, quote, or binding commitment. Managed security, consulting, and other professional services are provided only under executed agreements—such as a master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or equivalent ("Client Agreements")—that specify scope, fees, service levels (if any), and responsibilities. If there is a conflict between this site and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.

3. No professional, legal, or security advice

Materials on this site are for general business and educational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a guarantee that any particular control or service will meet your compliance obligations or risk tolerance. You are responsible for your own security, legal, and compliance decisions and for engaging qualified professionals where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K.E.T. Networks LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE (EXCLUDING LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW) WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID K.E.T. Networks LLC SPECIFICALLY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED FEES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, IF ANY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K.E.T. Networks LLC and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Washington for disputes arising from these Terms or the site, subject to mandatory provisions of law that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or by other reasonable means where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for the site. If you are a party to a Client Agreement, its change provisions continue to apply to professional services.
